Most Nuri Alchemy pieces are handmade to order with love and intention.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships.


  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days once shipped.
  • Priority Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days once shipped.
  • Currently no International Shipping

1. How do I cleanse my jewelry?



Because our pieces are infused with natural crystals, it’s best to cleanse them gently.


  • Smoke: Pass your piece through sage, palo santo, or incense smoke.
  • Moonlight: Place under the full moon overnight for a soft recharge.
  • Sound: Use a singing bowl or chime to cleanse with vibration.
    Avoid soaking your jewelry in water, as it may affect the metals and finishes.






2. How long does shipping take?



After the 5–7 business day processing window, U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days. 





3. Can I return or exchange my jewelry?



Because crystals carry unique energy once they’re with you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, I care deeply about my customers. If something arrives damaged or there’s a special situation, please email me within 7 days of delivery and we can work something out.





4. How should I care for my jewelry?



  • Store your pieces in a dry place (jewelry box, pouch, or cloth bag).
  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, oils, and water to preserve shine.
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing to maintain the finish.






5. Are all your products handmade?



Yes! Most of our jewelry is handmade to order—crafted with intention, energy, and care. Slight variations in stones are natural and part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.
